Terms of Service - Huddle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Huddle Marketplace ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Platform Description

Huddle is cooperative deposit infrastructure for tenants, landlords, and property managers. The Platform supports HuddleBond deposit workflows, Payment Evidence, optional HuddlePay settlement rails, and portable rental trust records. Huddle does not provide investment advice, and any HuddleBond market exposure is disclosed, consent-based, and subject to digital asset volatility.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Huddle cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Optional HuddlePay and Blockchain Payments

HuddlePay is an optional settlement rail. When the parties choose to use it, payments may use supported fiat, stablecoin, or blockchain payment workflows.

Important: Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Once a transaction is sent, it may not be reversible except through the applicable lease, deposit, refund, or settlement process.

You are responsible for reviewing payment details before authorizing a transaction. HuddlePay is not required to use HuddleBond, Payment Evidence, or Huddle Rent Badge.

5. HuddleBond Market Exposure

HuddleBond may convert eligible deposit principal into a wBTC-backed bond position under the applicable disclosed terms. Huddle is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or exchange. HuddleBond records are deposit workflow instruments, not investment products.

Volatility Risk: Bitcoin and wBTC are volatile digital assets. HuddleBond marked values may increase or decrease. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and market exposure may lose value.

By accepting HuddleBond terms, you acknowledge that you understand the risks involved, that Huddle does not provide investment advice or guarantee returns, and that settlement follows the applicable lease, bond, and disclosed principal-floor rules.

6. Huddle Badge

The Huddle Badge is a portable reputation badge that represents verified rental payment history and should be reviewed alongside Huddle's identity, wallet, and payment records.

Badge levels are calculated based on total verified payments and cannot be modified except through verified payment activity.

Badge data is stored on the Base blockchain and is publicly verifiable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Huddle provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants, payment issues resulting from blockchain network issues, or losses due to cryptocurrency volatility.

8. Modifications to Terms

Huddle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
