When you use Huddle, certain information is stored on the Base blockchain, including:

• Wallet addresses (publicly visible)
• Payment transaction hashes
• Badge data (payment history, badge level)
• Lease contract addresses

Important: Blockchain data is permanent and publicly accessible. Once data is written to the blockchain, it cannot be deleted.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
• Process payments and transactions
• Verify identities and facilitate rental agreements
• Update badge status and payment history
• Send important updates and notifications
• Comply with legal obligations

We share your information in the following circumstances:

• Public Blockchain: Wallet addresses and badge data are stored on-chain and publicly visible
• With Landlords/Tenants: As necessary to facilitate rental agreements
• Service Providers: With third-party services that help us operate (Supabase, payment processors)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account (subject to legal and blockchain limitations)

Note: Blockchain data cannot be deleted. Only off-chain data can be removed.
